In order to improve the quality of our websites, we store data about individual access to our pages for statistical purposes. The record consists of: the page from which the file was requested, the name of the file, the date and time of the request, the amount of transferred data, the access status (file transferred, file not found), the description of the type of web browser used, and the IP-address of the requesting computer.
Data transmission to third parties
We only share your data which we collected and stored with third parties (e.g. for contact or law enforcement purposes) if we are legally entitled or obliged or if you explicitly request it. In these cases, we strictly comply with the requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act. The amount of data transmission is limited to a minimum.
The data collected in the IDOH+ application process will be handled by appointed members of the IDOH+ consortium for the purposes of the evaluation of applications and to organize teaching and learning, for evaluating the program, efficiently manage the projects, and producing statistics. Data could be made available to the EACEA, the European Commission, the European External Action Service staff, as well as to other stakeholders of the Erasmus+ program, such as Erasmus+ National Agencies, National Erasmus+ Offices and the Erasmus Mundus Student and Alumni Association.
Your rights as a user
As a user, you have the right to request information about what data is stored about you and for what purposes this storage takes place. In addition, you may correct incorrect data or delete data that is not permitted or is no longer necessary to store.
